Most project information online comes from the developer, the sales gallery, or an agent paid to close that specific unit. None of that is dishonest, but none of it is independent either. KL Condo Guide is a separate, ongoing research record: what a project actually offers, what's worth checking before you commit, and what the brochure won't lead with.

The standard every review follows
- Every fact is checked against developer source documents, official FAQs, or land title records, not third-party listing sites.
- Reviews are not paid for or commissioned by developers. A project appears here because it's relevant to KL buyers, not because it bought placement.
- Every project review includes a "Watch Closely" section: the specific things worth confirming before you pay a booking fee, not just the selling points.
- Corrections happen in the open. When a fact changes or was wrong, the article is updated, not quietly replaced.
